We sell advertising to businesses. The people we deal with are owners and staff of venues and of advertiser businesses.
1. Data we use
- Identity and contact data: name, role, business name, email, phone, business address, and website.
- Order data: placement, venue, prices, payment schedule, artwork, proofs, and messages about the order.
- Signature data: the signed agreement, time, IP address, and the audit record of the signing session.
- Payment data: payment status, amount, currency, a token or reference from Revolut, and payment receipts. Revolut collects the card number and stores the card-on-file token for any authorised second charge. We do not store the full card number or security code.
- Site data: messages sent through venue and vendor forms, and technical logs needed to run the site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Revolut, to take card payments you have authorised.
- Google Firebase, which hosts our database and files.
- Our email provider, to send agreements, proofs, and invoices.
- A printer and a venue, to the extent needed to produce and deliver the guide.
- Advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
Firebase and email processing may take place in the United States. Where that is a restricted transfer, we use the provider’s UK-approved transfer terms.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry forms: 24 months from the last contact. Agreements, invoices, signature records, and payment records: six years after the agreement ends. Artwork and proofs: the life of the agreement plus 24 months.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a copy of the data you provided, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We may need to keep records we are legally required to retain.
